* Orders received before 3pm (EST) on weekdays will be shipped out the same day (this does not include orders containing non-stock items). Please keep in mind that this is not a guarantee but more of a guideline of how our company works.
* Orders Placed on weekends (Saturday, Sunday) and orders placed after 3pm (EST) on Fridays will be shipped first thing the following Monday morning. Keep this in mind when requesting Next Day Air, Nex Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select. These orders will be shipped Monday via the selected shipping method.
* Site Designated Shipping Charges are estimates to give customers the approximate shipping charge per order. At the point of shipping, if the UPS charge is off by more than 10% of the estimated shipping charge, the customer will be contacted and notified of the increased charge before the order is released.
*Because the site shipping calculations are only estimates and may sometimes be off, please feel free to contact us with your address and what you were looking to purchase, and we will get you a more accurate shipping cost. (this is best for larger orders or orders including a large item) Freight rates are available for larger quantity orders being delivered to
* Orders can be canceled by the customer up until the time the order is shipped (Shipment Confirmation E-mail will be sent). Once shipped, the sale is considered final and all products are non-returnable.
* BuyInsulationProducts.com assumes no responsibility or liability for the use of Insulator Knives. The buyer should research the local and state regulations regarding the legality of posession of such knives before purchase.
* If an item does not specify the manufacturer of the product in the store, a customer must contact Buy Insulation Products.com and ask for manufacturer data before placing the order. We can get you any datasheets or MSDS sheets you need for your job submittal, etc.
* All sales are final and all products are non-returnable. If you are unsure of the size/product you need, we would be glad to help you with your order please contact us before placing your order. In the event we shipped the wrong product/size in error, please notify us once you receive the shipment and we will be happy to correct our error. Any items that are returned without a Return Authorization Number cannot be accepted at our shipping facilities.
* All item prices are subject to change, however customers will be notified of any price changes relating to an order before shipment.
* Credit Cards that do not have matching billing addresses are not accepted by BuyInsulationProducts.com and the orders will not be shipped.
