SHIPPING POLICIES

Domestic: to the United States

We ship via the USPS First Class or Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation number which you will receive by e-mail. Your order will be mailed within 2 business days of when payment is received.

Need it faster? We ship USPS EXPRESS MAIL! Just choose the Express Mail option when checking out and this guarentees next day delivery almost everywhere in the USA. Generally, if you pay by noon we can get it in the mail the same day but can only guarantee that we will ship your item within 2 business days. If you need confirmation of when your package will ship, just email us!

Combined shipping:

If you buy more than one item your shipping will automatically combine when you check out and the price will be based on the weight of your order.

International:

We ship WORLDWIDE, with several exceptions via USPS First Class, USPS Global Priority, and USPS Global Express. When checking out you will have the choice of the level of shipping you would like. Please keep in mind that first class is only available to orders under 4 pounds and, while it can be much less expensive, can take significantly more time than Global Priority or Global Express.

We do not ship to the following countries: Iraq, Iran, Somalia, and North Korea.

Insurance:

All international shipments include insurance, either from the USPS or Shipsurance. This insurance protects against loss or damage of your item. If you item is not delievered 45 days after it is shipped, a claim can be filed for a full refund.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES:

Please make sure that your address is correct! If you have recently moved or made any changes to your address, please update the correct address BEFORE paying.

PAYMENT

We prefer Paypal, however, we also allow for you to come pick up your items if you live in the area.

RETURN POLICY

You can buy with confidence from The Captain's Vintage!

If there is an error with your order, please contact us right away, and we will send you a return label and start a return process.

If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return any portion that you are unhppy with for store credit, within 7 days of when you receive your order.  Buyers will be responsible for the return postage for this type of return.
