FOOD PURCHASES AND SHIPMENTS “IN TRANSIT” ARE FINAL, NON RETURNABLE AND NON REFUNDABLE.

OUTSIDE THE ZONE FREIGHT CONSIDERATIONS: If you choose the Common Carriers (UPS, FEDEX) for shipping outside of the daily delivery zone (FLORIDA, GEORGIA, SOUTH CAROLINA, NORTH CAROLINA), the Charges reflect the ESTIMATED Common Carrier Service Level fees for a maximum shipment of 150lbs and less than 50 separate boxed items per shipment. If you exceed those limitations using common carriers the freight charges will be calculated manually and you will see a notation READ ZONE SHIPPING. The Common Carrier shipping charges are only ESTIMATED. You will receive a separate billing if necessary for any additional freight charges based on the Service Level utilized.

FOR LARGE HEAVY LOADS: (LTL, FTL, LCL, FCL) consolidated at our facilities, grower direct, supplier direct, distribution center direct, cold storage direct or port direct the shipping charges shown may reflect only the shipment setup fees which is only a portion of the actual freight charges. You will receive an additional billing for the ACTUAL FREIGHT CHARGES. You must process all follow-up invoices for shipping charges before your order will be delivered. In the event of a failed delivery or shipment refusal you are responsible for the freight shipment charges both out and back!
