To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dealzpc and other suppliers disclaim all other warranties and conditions, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-ingringement.

DealzPc attempts to be as accurate as possible in our content and pricing. However, we cannot guarantee that the product descriptions/specifications, pricing or any other content on the site is accurate, complete, or current. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, DealzPc shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. In addition, links to product reviews are intended to provide visitors with additional information and professional opinion. However, due to the Industry’s fast pace, reviews can become outdated and should not be considered a substitute for doing one’s own research.

Order Processing:

• In order for us to expeditely process your order please ensure that you enter correct payment and shipping information.
• Due to increasing online frauds and for additional security reasons we may request additional information before the order can be processed.
• When paying by credit card please make sure the "bill to address" and the "ship to address" matches. We may request for a copy of the credit card to be faxed to us.
• Orders paid through Paypal will be shipped only to a paypal confirmed address. Please have your address confirmed with Paypal before placing the order.
• Cod & Net terms are offered only if you have a history of purchases with DealzPC and is further subject to evaluation by our credit department. Please note this may delay the processing of your order.
• Academic versions of Software can be sold only to educational institutions and may require further authorization from the manufacturer.

• All New Retail/New products carry manufacturer warranty except products, which are End-Of Life/ discontinued/Obsolete.
• CPU, memory is warranted only for replacement or refund for 30 days from the invoice date.
• Warranty on Special order products (items that are ordered by customer’s request) is 15 days.
• There is no warranty on Printer Toners, Cartridges, Software and Optical Magnetic Media.

• Products that are physically damaged due to user abuse or improper handling.
• When an attempt has been made to repair or rework the product without the written consent of DealzPc.
• Defacing or removing the original product seal or serial number.

• There is no DOA on CPU, Apple Ipods, Consumer Electronic Devices and Tape Drives. All warranty issues related to such products should be handled directly with the manufacturer.
• Other products carry a DOA warranty of 15 days from the date of the Invoice. After the expiration of 15 days, product is covered under the standard warranty from DealzPc.
• DOA products must be returned within 3 days from the issue of RMA number.

Our goal is to provide our customers with the highest level of service possible. From your first visit to our web site to the delivery of your order, we want you to be completely satisfied with the experience. During the order process and while creating an Express Account, you are prompted to supply us with your contact, billing, and shipping information. This information must be provided in order to complete a purchase and is used to complete your order and contact you regarding your order.

To process your order, we require you supply us with your correct billing, shipping and contact information.

The transfer of this information is secure and cannot be received or read by others.

Your information is only shared when necessary to complete your order (i.e., your credit card and billing information is shared with our bank for authorization and your delivery address is shared with our shipper).

• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by DealzPc must accompany all returns.
• All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.
• Products returned must be in the exact condition at the time of sale and must include original packaging, all documentation and accessories. Returns on products with missing accessories or parts will be accepted only at the discretion of the company and charges may be applied for missing accessories or parts.
• Physically damaged, abused or misused products are not eligible for returns. Over-clocking or improper installation of CPU fans will cause CPUs to chip or burn. All chipped and burnt CPUs are considered physically damaged and are not eligible for replacement or refund.
• No exchanges will be honored by DealzPc under any circumstances.
• Shipping, handling and related fees are not refundable. Shipping cost for returning the product will have to be paid by the customer. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
• After 30 days of the purchase date, all items that need to be returned for repair will have to be sent directly to the manufacturer or warranty provider. Please see the products' individual pages for additional details on warranty coverage.
• Claim for missing accessories or product not as advertised must be reported within 7 days from the date item is shipped.
• Refunds cannot be accepted when any UPC code, serial number and/or any bar code has been tampered with.
  

• Request for returning Cup’s, and Memory must be made within 15 days from the date the item is shipped.
• No returns are accepted on Software, Printer Toner, Cartridge, Printer Accessories, Lamps and Projector accessories, Optical/Magnetic Media, Server and related products, Open-Box products, Special Order items, Refurbished items and Consumer Electronic items such as Camera’s, Televisions, Handhelds, PDA’s etc.
• Products that are defective, and/or DOA (Dead on Arrival), can be returned for repair / replacement. Please refer to our DOA Policy. Products that are shipped using ground freight or trucking services must be inspected for damages prior to accepting delivery and exceptions should be noted with the carrier.
• All returns must also follow the return procedures mentioned above.

• When returning an item that was originally part of a bundle, the refund amount will be based on the item's single unit price at the time of purchase.

Your submission of an order and/or receipt of an order confirmation, automated or otherwise, does not signify our acceptance of such order.
