Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with digitalavnew, our products and our services.  If at any time, within 30 days of product receipt, you want to return a product purchased from us, simply email returns@digitalavnew.com and we will contact you immediately with a return authorization and procedures for returning your product.

digitalAVnew is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an E-mail to support@digitalAVnew.com with 'unsubscribe' as the subject line. digitalAVnew does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

Shipping

We are unable to ship to addresses outside the USA. For all orders placed by 2:00 pm Mountain Time, our policy is to ship those orders the same day. If we cannot ship within one business day, or if we have to back-order part or all of your order, we will inform you immediately via email and offer you the opportunity to cancel your order.
