Shipping Policy
All international shipments will be shipped through the United States Postal Service. Any customs duties or local taxes arising out of the import of the goods will be payable by the recipient. International shipping quotes will be provided after the order is completed. The charges may vary from country to country. International orders may take 1-4 weeks to arrive, depending on how long it takes to clear customs.
All domestic packages are shipped via UPS or USPS, with your selected service.
All On-line orders will ship within 24 hours or the next business day. If there is a delay in your shipment, you will be notified via email and/or phone of the delay. To prevent shipping delays, verify your correct Street address is entered, NOT a USPS Post Office Box. UPS requires a street address and can not ship to a Post Office Box. Also be certain your payment information is entered correctly. Many shipments are delayed because of improper credit card entries. Delivery times vary by location. Selecting special service does not guarantee shipping service within that time period, 3 Day Select, 2nd Air Day, or Next Day Air. UPS does not count the day the product ships as a shipping day. UPS does not count weekends or recognized holidays as a shipping day.
Phone orders must be submitted 2:00 p.m. (Pacific Time), in order to be shipped same day. Any orders placed after 2:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) will be shipped the following day.
All tracking information may be provided upon request. All packages may be requested to require signature upon receipt. If no insurance is selected Dangerous Power will not be responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen merchandise.
Return Policy
We are dedicated to providing the best quality service to our customers. So, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will be glad to provide you with a replacement product under the following terms and conditions.
Instructions To Return Unused Products for Exchange:
If you wish to return an unused product, simply return the product in its original, unused condition within seven (7) days of your receipt of the product by following these instructions:
- Download the Return Form {www.dangerouspower.com} from this website. Fill out the Return Form in full. All returns must be accompanied by a completed Return Form.
- Call us at 626-369-7800 or e-mail us at returns@dangerouspower.com for a return authorization number. The return authorization number must be written on the Return Form.
Please note that we will not accept returns without a return authorization number and a completed Return Form.
- Please include all original contents (packaging, parts, accessories, instructions, warranty information, the invoices that accompanied the purchased items, etc.) with the return. Original contents also include any promotional items that may have been included in your order. Any returns that are missing any original contents may be subject to fees.
- If you are returning an item from an order that consisted of multiple items, please be sure to make a copy of the invoice for your records and keep it for your records. You may need that invoice for future warranty claims for the items not being returned. If, for some reason, you do not have the original invoice, please call us at 626-369-7800 or e-mail us at returns@dangerouspower.com.
- Please tape the shipping label to the package. Please ship by U.S. Mail Parcel Post or UPS Ground. Please note that the customer must pay for all shipping and handling charges for items that are returned for exchange, and the shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise are not refundable.
If you are returning a defective product under warranty or if you are returning a product for service/repair, please see the information about Warranty Claims and/or Service Returns, below, including the instructions regarding how to return the products.
Additional Information About Returns for Exchanges
You may exchange any purchased item for the same item, including in another color. The item being returned must be in its original, unused condition. A DP Engineer must inspect the item to verify that it is unused and that all parts have been returned before the exchange is approved. There is a 20% re-stocking fee for each exchanged item. Please see instructions, above, regarding how to return items to us.
Refunds – No Refund Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds for returned products. We offer only exchanges under the terms set forth within this Return Policy. We also offer warranty exchanges or repairs and non-warranty service or repairs, as addressed within this Return Policy.
Defective Products – Defective Upon Your Receipt
We offer only the highest quality products, and we do our best to ensure that all shipments include complete, working, high-quality products. However, occasionally an item may have a defect or may have been damaged during shipping. Just let us know, and we’ll either fix or replace any item that was defective upon your receipt. Please see instructions, above, regarding how to return unused items to us. Please note that items that break during use are not considered defective upon your receipt. If an item breaks during use, please see section on Warranty Claims. An item claimed to be defective that is returned that shows obvious signs of use may be considered a used merchandise return (see below).
Warranty Claims – Defective Or Breaks Upon Use
We offer the following limited warranty for our paintball markers:
The warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser. We warrant that all paintball markers are free from defects in the original materials and/or workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the original date of purchase, with the following exceptions or exclusions:
- Any and all disposable parts (including, for example, batteries, o-rings, seals, micro-switches, air pressure hoses, rubber and/or plastic material parts, etc.) are not covered by this limited warranty.
- Electronic parts on paintball markers are warranted only for thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase.
- Bolt and striker systems on the paintball markers are warranted only for six (6) months from the original date of purchase.
- Surface damages (scratches and nicks, etc.) or operation failure due to accident, neglect, modification, normal wear, operator error, maintenance by anyone other than an authorized dealer or agent, misuse, improper disassembly and reassembly are expressly not covered under this warranty.
The purchaser is responsible for all rendered services not covered under this limited warranty, including any applicable shipping costs, labor and/or installation.
We reserve the right to determine the legitimacy of claimed defective original parts and their eligibility for coverage under the terms of this warranty. We (and our authorized dealers, affiliates, and/or agents) will not be held liable under this warranty, including under state, federal, or common law, for any product failure, personal injury, or property damage resulting from improper use and/or alteration of any of our products. Any attempt to alter the trigger assembly on a paintball marker will instantly void your warranty and may result in serious injury. Any attempt to alter basic marker parts without prior written consent from the manufacturer will result in automatic waiver of all expressed warranties. This limited warranty is non-transferable and is valid only upon presentation of a completed warranty registration card and original proof of purchase. There are no other warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, made by the manufacturer on any paintball markers.
Please note that, if an item claimed to be defective upon receipt shows obvious signs of use, it may be considered a used merchandise return, and it may not fall under this category.
Product Returns for Service
If your purchased product needs service that is not covered by the warranty, you may return it to us for service/repair using the instructions below regarding Warranty Claims and Returns for Service. Please note that there is a $15 flat fee charged for shipping and handling of the products you return for service if you are located in the continental United States. If you are returning the products from an international location, the rate will be determined based upon your location.

Used Merchandise Returns
We do not accept used merchandise returns, unless the returned item falls within a warranty claim or is returned for service. Thus, used merchandise returned to us may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense, if we determine that it is not covered by any warranty or was otherwise returned improperly.
Apparel Returns
Our 7-day return-for-exchange policy does not apply to apparel. All apparel purchases are final and purchased by the customer “as is.”
Exchange Procedure and Estimated Times
The exchanges are completed only after your returned items have been received, inspected and approved by a DP Engineer. Exchanges typically will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Original shipping charges are not refundable. All returns shipped COD will be refused.
