If a warranty product is found to be defective, or you receive the wrong product, you must notify electronic-CLINIC within 7 days of delivery to obtain a RMA. Allow 24-48 hours for response.
Products with cosmetic or compatibility issues may not be returned. All returned products that are non-defective, undamaged are subject to a 15% restocking fee. There is no restocking fee for damaged or defective products.

Q: What is the cosmetic condition of the used or refurbished item?
A: Most of the products we sell are used and therefore we have a cosmetic grading scale from 1 to 10 (10 being brand NEW). We do not sell items that are 6 or lower. A 7/10 means average grade with possibly minor cracks. An 8/10 means an above average grade with normal scratches but no cracks. A 9/10 means excellent condition with minor scratches and no cracks.

A: You can find all the information regarding the product in the description section of the item page. Generally if we are selling a touchpad assembly, we will not include a palm rest, speakers or any other parts.
