ePadLink typically ships orders within 36 hours, but makes no guarantee as to when an order will ship. All sales are final and refunds are not accepted for any reason. If you wish to reserve the right to return an ePadLink product, please contact our sales department and we are happy to refer you to third parties that might accommodate return for refund. Product that is deemed defective under warranty may be returned for replacement. Please contact our support department at 800 520 3464 to determine whether the product is covered under warranty and coordinate return procedures. When selecting an expedited shipping method such as UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air, please remember that this selection refers to the carrier method ePadLink uses to ship the order, and is not itself a guarantee that the order will arrive in the specified amount of time. For example, choosing that a product be delivered via UPS Next Day Air does not guarantee that you will receive the product the next day; only that when it ships, it will be sent using UPS Next Day Air method.
