Why you would need this?
1. If you are doing a K-swap and you have 06 and newer motor, you will notice it has a throttle by wire throttle body!! You need to convert this to the older style which uses a REAL throttle cable

2. If you want to install the new 06+ Civic SI manifold or the Accord EURO type-R manifold on to your existing K-motor that uses a standard throttle body you will need this!!!
P.S. The new 06+ Civic SI manifold code name(RBC) Adds gobs of power to your K-motor. The manifold has big straight runners, that will really let your engine breath!!!!

This adapter plate allows a direct bolt on of any throttle body from a 02-06 RSX-S/ITR or 02-05 Honda Civic SI on to an Accord EURO R or 06+ Honda Civic SI intake manifold. CNC machined from Alcoa 6061 T-6 aluminum. Includes all necessary hardware and instructions.
