Hydro-Train Outfitters Online Store Policies This document was last updated on March 9, 2012. PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER * Hydro-Train Outfitters Accepts the Following Forms of Payment o American Express o VISA o MasterCard o Discover All amounts are due in U.S. dollars. Please note that all credit cards are verified to the credit cards Billing Address. Enter the address where you receive your credit card statement in the Billing Address section at checkout. Hydro-Train Outfitters does not accept credit cards with Billing Addresses outside the United States at this time. E-GIFT CARD POLICY (GC POLICY) As of March 9, 2012, Hydro-Train Outfitters will no longer issue e-Gift Cards. Hydro-Train Outfitters may amend this GC Policy at any time by posting the amended GC Policy on the Hydro-Train Outfitters Website. All amended terms shall automatically be effective 30 days after they are initially posted on the Hydro-Train Outfitters Website. Customer's continued use of e-Gift Card product will constitute Customer's acceptance of any changes or additions to this GC Policy. Purchasers may purchase an e-Gift Card for a designated recipient, who may then redeem that e-Gift Card only on purchases made on the Hydro-Train Outfitters’ ProStores hosted website. The purchaser must define the recipient at the time of purchase for e-Gift Cards which are delivered only by e-mail. Once purchased, e-Gift Cards delivered by e-mail may not be transferred to a different recipient. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Hydro-Train Outfitters is the issuer and manager of the e-Gift Card and that ProStores merely provides certain product functionality. Purchase and redemption of e-Gift Cards is subject to the Hydro-Train Outfitters’ website Terms of Use Agreement and Privacy Policy, (including without limitation Hydro-Train Outfitters’ policies on returning and exchanging merchandise); except as regulated under this GC Policy or applicable law. Sale & Redemption of e-Gift Cards Proceeds from the sale of e-Gift Cards are stored by and the responsibility of the Hydro-Train Outfitters. Since e-Gift Cards do not expire, a recipient will always be able to redeem the unused value associated with a valid e-Gift Card. No more than a total of $500 in e-Gift Cards may be used per purchase on Hydro-Train Outfitters’ website. Further, e-Gift Cards redemptions are limited to a total of $500, per person, in any 30-day period. Cancellation/Non-Expiration of e-Gift Cards Hydro-Train Outfitters may cancel any unredeemed e-Gift Card at any time and refund the full value of the e-Gift Card (or the remaining balance if partially redeemed) to the purchaser or, if different, the recipient of such cancellation. Notification of cancellation will be sent to the purchaser and/or the recipient of the e-Gift Card and forwarding instructions requested for any balance remaining on the e-Gift Card. e-Gift Cards do not expire. Any unused value associated with an e-Gift Card will remain available to the recipient until spent and Hydro-Train Outfitters shall honor valid e-Gift Card until the value associated with such e-Gift Card is zero. SECURITY The Hydro-Train Outfitters website is protected with Secure Socket Layer(SSL) encryption. You can trust that that your personal and credit card information is being safely transmitted. You also might want to read the Hydro-Train Outfitters Privacy Policy. COMPLETED ORDER Your order is considered to be complete when payment has been received and confirmed by Hydro-Train Outfitters. Once your order is complete, your product(s), not subject to backorder, will be shipped. CANCELED ORDER If you cancel your order after your payment has been processed, a cancellation fee of up to 5% of your total order amount may be assessed. Changes cannot be made to orders which have already been processed and shipped.(See Returns Below). SHIPPING INFORMATION Shipping Options Most Products Hydro-Train Outfitters offers are eligible for UPS shipping. If you would like to know if a product can be shipped by other means such as USPS or FedEx, please email us at sales@hydro-train.com. Shipping options are included during the checkout process for each product. Hydro-Train Outfitters products are not shipped Internationally at this time. (EXCEPTION: SWIMLOG Software for Swimmers). FREE SHIPPING (When Offered) If your internet order subtotal is $70.00 or more, Hydro-Train Outfitters will ship your order UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail for FREE***. (FREE shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico or drop shipped items.) ***ORDERS ELIGIBLE FOR FREE SHIPPING: * must subtotal $70.00 or more, * be received by 2 p.m., CST, Monday - Friday, to be considered for same day shipping (Orders placed after 2:00 pm will ship the next business day. Backordered and drop ship items excluded), * can only be shipped to addresses within the lower 48 U.S. states, * will only be shipped free via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, * may only be placed online using the Hydro-Train Outfitters website, * do not include phone orders, exchanges or returns, * do not apply to custom or team orders, * are usually delivered in 4 to 9 Business Days (Ground Shipping), * that require multiple boxes or have heavy items may require shipping charges. If this is the case, Hydro-Train will contact you. Products found on the Hydro-Train Outfitters website are not shipped Internationally at this time. SHIPPING METHOD IS SELECTED DURING THE CHECKOUT PROCESS WHERE THE FREE SHIPPING OPTION CAN BE SELECTED.
PROCESSING Orders which are completed (See Completed Order Above) by 2:00 p.m., CST, Monday thru Friday, are usually shipped the same business day. Orders completed after this time process the next business day. Some products may require 1 to 2 business days for processing and handling.
DELIVERY COMPANIES Hydro-Train Outfitters orders ship via various carriers including, but not limited to: UPS, USPS, and FedEx. When Promotional FREE SHIPPING is offered by Hydro-Train Outfitters, Hydro-Train Outfitters will select the shipping carrier and method. Shipping tracking numbers, when available, will be emailed to the email address you provided at registration or when you placed your order. *** NOTE: It may be necessary to add shipping fees for orders requiring multiple boxes or items which are heavy. For heavy or multiple box orders, Hydro-Train will verify your shipping charges with you prior to shipping.
RETURNS
*** IMPORTANT: PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER CLOSELY UPON ARRIVAL *** The risk of loss or damage to products in transit is the customer's. In the event of product damage or loss during transit, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. Hydro-Train Outfitters will offer assistance with document and order information where applicable. Products sold on the Hydro-Train Outfitters website are covered according to their respective manufacturers, suppliers, or distributors, return policies. Contact the manufacturer, supplier, or distributor, or follow the instructions included with the delivered product(s) for return information. NOTE: Some items, such as consumable products, are not eligible for return.
