Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What payment methods does JBC Outfitters accept?
A: JBC Outfitters accepts credit card payments and PayPal payments.  All credit card payments and PayPal payments are processed through our secure PayPal payment checkout system.  When you checkout, you will be taken to the PayPal checkout page where you can choose to pay by credit card or with your PayPal account.

Q: Does JBC Outfitters keep any credit card information after a purchase?
A: No.  Only PayPal sees your credit card or PayPal information during checkout.  JBC Outfitters never sees your credit card or PayPal information.
