Returned items from the customer, due to incorrect sizing requested on initial order, will incur high repair charges to fix. Warranties: All Enamel Work includes a Free Lifetime Service Repair (Shipping and Insurance Costs To and From are the Responsibilities of the Customer). We offer custom-made jewelry designs with an enhanced upgrade by adding clear or colored CZ Gemstones or Genuine Diamonds to accent around the design, set in the middle of a flower or flowers, or filling in the letters of a design including a personalized name, title or phrase. However, because of daily wear, stones may become loose over time and may become dislodged. In the unlikely event that this happens, this warranty will cover the labor-only repair of the merchandise. If a stone does fall out and you have retained the stone, we will repair the item free of charge, but the customer will be responsible for the to/from shipping and insurance costs. If a stone falls out and is completely lost, the customer will be responsible for the cost of replacing the new stone along with to/from shipping and insurance costs. Labor services for loose stones are covered and free of any charge under this warranty. **CUSTOM-MADE PERSONALIZED JEWELRY EXCHANGE PROCEDURES (Applies to all Custom-made personalized Sterling Silver and/or 14k Gold jewelry Hand-Engraved designs): 1) Prior to shipping back any personalized custom-made jewelry designs for correction/s, please E-mail us to discuss your concerns you might have regarding your custom-made to order purchase. 2) Include a Photocopy of the invoice. 3) Write down the desired corrections we discussed you would like corrected on the invoice. 4) You are Required to mail all custom-made silver and/or 14k gold item returns for correction/s using Priority Shipping, Insured to cover the item's FULL purchased cost value, and include Delivery Confirmation. All Shipping/Insurance costs for corrective returns will be refunded 100%, if the oversight is from Mana Kahuna Kalai. 5) We will E-mail you with a confirmation as soon as we receive your package to correct the item/s. 6) Item/s will be corrected and shipped back to the customer as an Exchange. Box 893245 Mililani, HI 96789-1875 Measuring for a Hawaiian Bangle: It is vital that your know the correct circumference of the "Hand-size" when ordering Custom-made Bangles to avoid costly alteration sizing adjustments you will incur. When SIZING FOR A HAWAIIAN BANGLE - Take a soft measuring tape and tightly measure the circumference of your very tightly clenched hand with your four fingers straight and your thumb turned in to touch your ring finger or pinky (this should make your hand's circumference the smallest size possible). Please measure over your knuckles (widest fist area) using inches. This would be your approximate hand size for a bangle. Please Remember that it is your "HAND" that is to be accurately measured, and NOT your "WRIST". A solid bangle must be able to squeeze on and off over your hand comfortably, yet rest nicely on your wrist and not easily slide off your hand. You may also go to your nearest jewelry store or any jewelry counter and ask them for your bangle size, if they have hand-sizers. Due to the custom details of personalized jewelry, all sales are final and we do not take responsibility for incorrect sizing of your jewelry ordered. Resizing Alterations are available, but very costly to adjust!
