Store Policies

NetCertLabs offers the following Returns Policy:  Customer pays return shipping for exchanges and RMA.  1 Year warranty on all items.  Unlimited technical and study support will be in quick communications via email.    No power cords will be shipped internationally as power interfaces are different.  Prices do not include import/tariff taxes oustside the USA as each country's policies vary.  For International locations that prohibit the shipment of the 7 foot rack, 3 12U racks will be substituted.
