Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A.  Free
Q:  I do offer layaway- please email me for details. 

Q:  Shipping time?
A:  Shipping is guaranteed within 2 business days of cleared payment.  If for some reason there is a delay, I will email you advising of the delay. 

Q: Methods of payments accepted?
A: I accept money orders and checks- Personal checks take up to 5 days to clear.  Money orders and bank checks are shipped within two business days.  Paypal is the preferred method of payment. 

Q: Are returns accepted? 
A:  Happily - as long as the item is returned promptly in original, unused condition.  Upon receipt of the return- refund will be given for the purchase price only- shipping will be refunded if I misrepresented the item.
