Returning products from One To Grow On Toys & Books is convenient and easy! If you are not satisfied with an item(s), One To Grow On Toys & Books offers a 30-day, money-back guarantee on all purchases, excluding shipping and handling charges, providing the toy has not been played with and is in its original packaging.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
You can find an Easy Returns form on the back of your invoice or packing list. If you do not have either, you may use this form.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
To make a return, follow the 3 easy return steps!
1. Complete sections A, B, and C below on the Easy Returns form.
2. Box up the new, unused toy (in its original packaging), along with this completed Easy Returns Form, in a mail-safe container.
3. Mail the package via a traceable method such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS to the following address:
