If you are not completely satisfied with any PURSE BUTLER product we will be happy to assist you and correct the situation. Your product may be shipped in separate boxes and they may be delivered at separate times. While PURSE BUTLER does not accept returns, we will immediately replace orders damaged during shipment that are not suitable for their intended use or immediately replace any orders PURSE BUTLER fails to fulfill correctly. If your product is defective on arrival or incorrectly shipped, please notify PURSE BUTLER within 10 days of receiving the product to receive a Return Authorization Number (No e-commerce returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number). Return the defective or wrongly shipped product to us within 10 days. • Items must be returned in its original condition and including the original packaging. • It is highly suggested to use a traceable shipping method for all returned items and retain a receipt as proof of postage. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit. • The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments. • Absolutely no exchanges/returns can be accepted for any reason later than 30 calendar days from your order date. Any deviation from the satisfaction policy outlined above will result in a delay of your product replacement, additional restocking fees or refusal of your return.
