Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must include the original receipt / package slip, and in the original packaging.

The sender is responsible for all shipping charges.

Unopened merchandise with all original packaging may be exchanged or returned for a full refund to your credit card, less shipping charges.

Opened merchandise will receive a credit or may be exchanged for other products.

Products damaged in shipping will be exchanged immediately or a full refund will be issued as soon as the damaged products is received back at Pyramid Land Design & Water Works, LLC. You will be reimbursed for shipping charges.

All refunds will be issued to the card the original purchase was charged to.
