Rocket BMX / Rocket MotoX offers the following Policies:
RETURNS: Returns made within 3 days are for Exchange or Store Merchandise Credit Only. Item must be in exact same condition as when shipped. If you unpackaged item and attempted installation then the item may not be returned. No items will be accepted without a seller provided RWA number on box and return shipping confirmation service. All shipping costs required for return, re-purchase or exchange of items are borne by buyer.
SHIPPING: We can offer discounted shipping on most multiple item purchases. Please contact us at info@rocketbmx.com for a quote on combined shipping discounts. We will provide a discount in the form of a refund after purchase is made. Refunds are made at the time of shipping.
