Smitty's Pen Works offers the following Returns Policy:
1. You may return any item bought from us in 7 days for a full refund, no questions asked.  You are responsible for return shipping.
2.  If the returned item is defective or returned because of our error return shipping costs will be refunded.
3.  Return shipping is aways refunded for any hand turned item returned.
