Store Policies

All items are guaranted to be free from manufacturing defects.  Shipping Policy:  Most furniture items that are large are shipped common carrier it is the customers responsibility to make sure before the truck driver leaves that everything looks sutiable as far as damages to the product. After carefull inspection the driver will ask you to sign the BOL at that point you will need to note any damages, if you fail to do so there will be no recourse with the freight company or Storeroom On Main, and all damages will become your responsiblility. If there are damages note them on the BOL and the driver will then call them into the termianl for notation, we will be happy to assist with damages from that point, call customer service with the details at 423-539-0148.  If unhappy with an item because of dislike of color, style, etc. we will be happy to refund you with a 25% re-stocking fee as long as you pay the freight back or return the item in unused condition just as you received it within 30 days from the date of purchase.
