Store Policies

SUPERIOR GEMS WHOLESALE offers the following Returns and Exchange Policy:

RETURNS POLICY: Your satisfaction is very important. Superior Gems sells only the finest quality gemstones and jewelry, and we carefully inspect all individual items before they are shipped. therefore, all sales are final. We will only accept returns for simple exchanges or for items that may have been damaged during shipping, and it must be returned with the original shipping package. You must contact us immediately upon receipt of the damaged package, and to notify us of your request to do an exchange or to replace the damaged item. If the item is out of stock at the time of replacement, you will have a choice of waiting until the item is back in stock, or you may select a different item, or have the total sale price refunded.

EXCHANGE POLICY: We will accept requests for simple exchanges only within the first 10 days from the date you receive the item. If you are exchanging the item for a different or higher priced item, you will need to pay the difference in price, if any, plus a fifteen percent restocking/handling fee, and you must pay the shipping cost to ship the new item that you have selected for the exchange. If the item is lower in price, then we will refund the difference minus the restocking fee. Please notify us in advance of your desire to make an exchange.
