Order Policy:

• 40% deposit required
• 10% Cancellation Fee prior to final delivery
• Balance due before final delivery
• All sales final after balance due and final delivery
• TRIAK boats carries a 2-year limited, transferable warranty

Return Policy:

• TRIAK boat sales are final upon final balance paid and product shipment.
• Accessories may be returned or exchanged by notifying TRIAK within fifteen (15) days of receipt.

WARRANTY, REGISTRATION, SERVICE AND SUPPORT

Customers must register their TRIAK product within 30 days of purchase. Registration must be using the official registration form, printed and mailed to TRIAKsports, Inc., at the address included, or submitted online at http://triaksports.com/service/warrantyrequest.html

TRIAK 2-YEAR, LIMITED WARRANTY

TRIAKsports, Inc. warrantees the original owner that the TRIAK craft is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of the end-customer receiving the craft. This warranty is transferable from the original owner to new owner and is only in effect if the warranty registration card has been mailed to TRIAKsports, Inc. P.O. Box 921, Solana Beach, California 92075 USA within 30 days from the date of purchase (or shipping) or registered online at http://www.triaksports.com/register/. This warranty does not cover normal wear and/or color fading, nor damage resulting from abuse, alteration, improper storage, or unauthorized repair.

The following conditions apply to this warranty:

• The determination of warrant ability, replacement and/or repair of the product shall be at the sole discretion of TRIAKsports, Inc. Warranty service or repairs must be pre-authorized by TRIAKsports, Inc.
  
• Returned boats or parts will not be accepted by TRIAKsports, Inc. unless they are pre-authorized for warranty replacement and/or repair and are sent freight prepaid.
• Repairs not authorized by TRIAKsports, Inc. are at the expense of the Customer and void this warranty.
  
• This warranty excludes claims for consequential damages, incidental damages and incidental expenses.
• Any implied warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose are not covered in this warranty.
• Commercial use of this product shall render this warranty null and void.
• This warranty does not cover third party parts and accessories sold with the TRIAK such as Harken, Sea Dog, New England Ropes, North Sails, Ritchie or other.

WARRANTY CLAIMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

·       Customer must submit any warranty claim online at http://triaksports.com/service/warrantyRequest.html or by mail at the address below using the following form.

·       At least 2 photos must be supplied in order to determine warrant ability.

·       TRIAKsports, Inc. has the discretion to determine warrant ability.

·       Any returned parts not authorized by TRIAKsports, Inc. are at the cost of the Customer.

·       Any un-authorized repairs are at expense of Customer and void product warranty.
