To update your Sebutape readings follow the steps below:

Remove one Sebutape sebum indicator from the paper backing. Hold Grey box DOWN toward skin in the middle of the forehead. Leave on skin for 15 – 20 seconds. Remove. Mark the tab of this Sebutape with in F (indicating the reading is from the Forehead area).
Remove the second Sebutape sebum indicator from the paper backing. Hold Grey box DOWN toward skin on the apple of the cheek, the area right under the eye. Leave on skin for 15 – 20 seconds. Remove. Mark this tab with a C (indicating the reading is from the Cheek area).
Next, compare your Sebutape marked “F” with the chart below. Indicate the chart number that matches the closest to your sample in the Option Section above marked Forehead Reading
Next, compare your Sebutape marked “C” with the chart below. Indicate the chart number that matches the closest to your sample in the Option Section above marked Cheek Reading
