Bonne Chimie (pronounced: bon she-me) is an exciting concept in skincare. Unlike other products that are made in quantity, our products are custom-formulated specifically for you, this process ensures maximum freshness and the greatest effectiveness. We give you a superior alternative to the trial-and-error associated with conventional skincare products.

The name Bonne Chimie means “good chemistry” in French and was chosen to underscore the European apothecary tradition of hand-making skincare products. That tradition is combined with the latest in cosmetic science to give you products that deliver amazing results.

One Face at a Time

We begin with an evaluation of your skin that includes: age, gender, ethnicity, skin type, climate, allergies and even dermatological conditions such as acne. Our software then creates a recommended formulation for your skin and hair care products. Next, we take the most advanced actives and specially made base products, and mix them by hand and then dispensed it into containers. The process ensures that you receive the freshest and most effective products designed specifically to address your individual needs.

We offer the latest active ingredients to treat practically any skin or hair condition. For example, one of our most popular actives is Microcollagen, a Peptide that promotes the rebuilding of collagen in your skin. It minimizes the depth of wrinkles by rebuilding them from the bottom up.

Fragrance Oils

Amber - Woodsy, warm and mysterious, with a hint of the orient.

Awapuhi Seaberry  - Enjoy the hint of floral, melon and berries floating on top of a fresh tropical ocean breeze! A wonderful scent all year long!

Baby Powder - The most delicate of florals, this is an airy, romantic scent with a powdery finish.

Basil -N- Lime - Reminiscent of the scent of limes carried on a Caribbean sea breeze

Black Currant - Black currant fragrance oil is a simply amazing fragrance with strong top notes of black currants, strawberries, and mulberries; middle note of granny smith apples; bottom notes of rose and jasmine.

Blackberry Vanilla - Enjoy a beautiful blend of delicious blackberries and rich vanilla for a relaxing bath product.

Bosc Pear - The warm, heady notes of rich honey are blended with juicy, delicious pear to create this unusual sweet blend.

Burst of Grapefruit - Fresh citrus aroma, it is very energizing and has antiseptic properties.

Buttercream  - Like those wonderful buttercream candies – smooth, creamy, and luscious.

Chai Tea - Warm and uplifting, composed of green tea, lemon, peppermint leaves and white amber. Chai tea is a very popular beverage in gourmet coffeehouses, and this fragrance smells just like it.

Chocolate Mint - Rich cocoa offset with a sprig of mint to add cool, crisp edge to it.

Coconut Cream - Your coconut favorite with a creamy vanilla note.

Cranberry Spice - A cranberry-lovers’ fantasy – imagine fresh-baked cranberry tarts – a bit of sugar and cinnamon tames the sharp cranberry.

Cucumber Melon - The invigorating scent of cucumber mixed with sweet, juicy melon

Frankincense & Myrrh  - Sweet deep aroma with hints of citrus and vanilla

Freesia - This is a clean, fresh floral. Not too "flowery," with a delicate crispness to it.

Gardenia - Very strong white floral – so distinctive and lush!

Ginger Verbena - Fresh ginger, stimulating lemon and ripe grapefruit create this wonderful fragrance.

Honeysuckle -Fresh spring floral - A true fresh honeysuckle growing wild on the tree. Succulent and sweet.

Jasmine - A heavy white floral that’s not overpowering. A bright oriental feel to it, rather mysterious

Lavender Vanilla - Lavender fans will enjoy this relaxing blend of floral scents highlighted by the rich buttery aroma of vanilla

Lemon - Fresh lemons – sunny and tart, bursting with citrusy zing!

Lilac - The intense spring scent in a bottle – as though a soft breeze stirred the entire lilac bush

Lilly Of The Valley - The sudden rush of a delectable green note, like the early morning scent of a fresh sprig of lily of the valley.

Love Spell - Fruity and succulent, with pineapple and grapefruit foremost. Flirty and youthful.

Mandrin Clove - A wonderful blend of sweet orange and spicy clove results in a warm inviting scent

Rich French Vanilla - A rich, mouthwatering vanilla pod fragrance with soft smooth vanilla caressed by a heart of creamy coconut, white chocolate, a whisper of candy floss and an extra helping of vanilla

Rum Spice - Set sail with Captain Morgan© ! The island liquor with tropical spices, a melodious blend of potent rum with sweet spices

Sandalwood - Strongly aromatic oriental wood. A terrific warm base note, frequently used in incense and a variety of perfumes and colognes.

Sangria White Peach - This sparkling fragrance is a wonderful blend of red wine with slices of ripe peach and juicy orange

Strawberrys -N- Cream - Those tart, juicy strawberries you remember straight from the berry patch, drenched in the soothing, milky richness of cream to soften them.

Sunflower - Bright, sunny and soft. The scent of golden sunflowers, and quite vibrant.

Vanilla Lemongrass - A magnificent combination of vanilla and lemongrass, rich and warm with a lemony zip!

Vanilla Spice - Rich fresh vanilla scent blended with spices that are perfect to warm the heart and home.

Warm Vanilla Sugar - Rich warm vanilla sugar scent combined with a touch of sandalwood and coconut

White Ginger - Fragrant white ginger blossoms, delicate as butterflies, scent rainforest mists and traditional island beauty rituals.

Essential Oils              

Amber  - Properties: calmative Aroma: resinous, warm and smoky with an undertone of floral citrus. Encourages harmony and balance.

Bergamot - An energizing citrus oil of spicy-floral freshness. Great aroma to balance the mind. Increases ones sense of humor and well-being.

Cardamom - A warm woody aroma, sweet and spicy scent. Used in the bath to help refresh and invigorate the body as well as the spirit.

Carrot Seed - The aroma will be woody-earthy, slightly spicy, strong, fruity, warm, herbaceous and musky. Properties include refreshing and stimulating. Great in skin care (revitalizing and toning) and considered one of the best essential oils for mature skin

Cedarwood - Dry/woody aroma, very subtle and noble, with a hint of spice. Cedarwood has a very spiritual, light, transcended note and many people upon first smelling this oil think they are sampling a sophisticated blend of oils. Aromatherapy properties include warming, uplifting, and toning. Comforting and reviving. Confidence building.

Citronella - Slightly sweet, powerful and lemony scent. Its most useful quality seems to be as an insect repellant

Clary Sage - Clary sage has a sweet, nutty fragrance, somewhat herbaceous. for easing depression  and nervous burn-out, but for a host of female complaints and for relieving congested complexions.

Eucalyptus - Aroma of fresh, cooling, and energizing. Its fresh aroma is great to deodorize and to keep insects at bay.

Frankincense - A true, musky incense, invoking ancient cities and shadowed streets of the bazaar. Benefits can be attributed to its properties like anti septic, disinfectant, astringent, carminative, cicatrisant, cytophylactic, digestive, diuretic, emenagogue, expectorant, sedative, tonic, uterine and vulnerary.

French Lavender - Floral, herbaceous, fresh aroma. Lavender offers a multitude of benefits and uses. A must for relaxing and calming. Not only is Lavender Essential Oil energizing or relaxing, but balancing. The scent will rejuvenate and inspire a tired person and relax, soothe and slow down someone who is stressed or tense

Ginger Root - Warm, spicy-woody odor. Benefits: warming, strengthening, anchoring, reducing muscular aches and pains, increasing circulation, relieving bronchitis and whooping cough, nervous exhaustion, in healing colds flu and fever and to stimulate appetite.

Juniper Berry - Peppery, balsamic and warm, smoky, fresh and woody, reminiscent of evergreen oils. Aromatherapy properties include: supportive, restoring, and a great nerve tonic. Cleans the atmosphere of the surroundings.

Lemon Grass - Light, fresh citrus scent with earthy notes. Properties include refreshing and rejuvenating. Stimulating and balancing. Its aroma inspires and brings fresh energy. Popular skin care ingredient for oily, mature and inflamed skin.

Lime - Once used in the Asian culture for its antiseptic qualities, today lime essential oil is known for its cooling and uplifting effects on the mind and body. Light, fresh green/bitter citrus scent. Very penetrating odor, clean smelling. Its aroma inspires and brings fresh energy, clears the mind.

Mandarin Red - Fruity, cheerful aroma is invigorating and uplifting. Red Mandarin Pure Essential Oil's astringent properties make it beneficial for skin tone, while natural antioxidants help protect the skin.

Marjoram - Derived from the steam distillation of flowering tops. The aroma of the oil is warm and spicy, strong sweet camphoraceous, herbal. Try a few drops in a sports massage for tired muscles.

Meditation Blend - This recipe includes the following essential oils, Patchouli, Olibanum, Pimento, and Citronella. The combination of these oils enhances the minds ability to meditate. Meditation can be used for personal development, Improving mental abilities, Increasing creativity and problem solving skills, Increased motivation and confidence, Deeper more restful sleep

Myrrh - Spiced wood aroma is attributed for calming the nerves and fostering tranquility. Aromatherapy properties are purifying, restorative. Uplifting and revitalizing while soothing nervous tension. Great meditation aid and skin care component.

Orange - Warm, fresh citrus scent, radiant, fruity and tangy. This oil smells just like fresh orange peel, yet is much stronger aroma in this form. Provides fresh energy, clearing and inspiring the mind. Can be an effective skin care ingredient

Palmarosa - Acclaimed as a reliever of stress natural palmarosa is also known for its ability to clear the mind and calm ones senses. Very faint fragrance quality used primarily for therapeutic purposes

Relaxing - A combination of these essential oils, Lavender, Tangerine, Rose and Orange Oil.

Rose - Imagine your aunt’s rose garden – lush, redolent, and full of the classic scent of tea rose.

Rosemary - Fresh, herbaceous, organic Rosemary essential oil calms apprehension while stimulating the spirit. Strong herb aroma.

Serenity Blend - Use this mix of essential oils, Lavender, Rosemary, Ylang Ylang, Orange, Lemon, and Lime to attain a deep serene mind frame

Spearmint - The fresh, clean aroma of Spearmint essential oil is valued for its invigorating and refreshing qualities. Excellent pore cleanser when added to facial cleansing treatments

Tangerine - Warm, citrus, sweet and tangy aroma. Has an almost hypnotic effect on the mind. May be helpful with stress and tension due to its soothing action on the nervous system.

Tea Tree - Naturally cleansing Tea Tree oil has a warm, spicy odor that helps to lift the spirit. Add up to 5-10 drops of 1 oz. of unscented body or hair care product to enhance their effectiveness.

Vetiver - Vetiver has a warm, earthy aroma. Blends well with everything needing a smooth and lingering base note, especially Citrus, the aphrodisiac oils (Rose, Jasmine, Sandalwood, Ylang Ylang) Lavender, Cinnamon, and Clary Sage

Vitality Blend - Combines the following essential oils: Peppermint, Spearmint, Eucalyptus, Wintergreen, Orange, and Grapefruit. To produce feelings of physical and mental vigor.This blend assists with expanding an individuals creativity,capability,and intelligence.

Ylang Ylang - Intensely sweet spicy, floral scent. Organic Ylang Ylang seduces the senses and relaxes the mind.
