Shipping Policies

At Warm Glass Gallery and Studio we make every effort to ship orders within one business day of receipt.  In many cases we ship the order the same day it is received.

In most cases we ship using USPS Priority Mail, which reaches US locations in two to three days and most international locations in about a week.  For some orders, especially of heavier or odd-shaped items that are difficult for the post office to handle, we ship using UPS Ground. If you want us to use a particular carrier, please let us know at the time you place your order.  We can also ship via a priority service (such as USPS Express Mail or UPS Next Day); if you want that level of service please let us know and we will expedite the shipping and adjust the shipping charges accordingly.

We've adopted a flat rate shipping policy to make things easier.  Shipping cost is based on the dollar value of your order. For US orders of $200 or more, shipping is free.
